Our strategy
A three-year strategy for crisis-affected communities.
Our three-year strategy prioritizes northeast and northwest Nigeria, where children and women are disproportionately affected by protracted crisis. In the northeast, over twelve years of conflict continue to shape their daily lives, while in the northwest, persistent banditry and violence by armed groups have created severe humanitarian needs.
Project spotlight
Girls’ Education and Empowerment Initiative
Strengthening educators and supporting adolescents for successful school participation
In Yola North and Yola South, the initiative combined teacher training, back-to-school campaigns, learning materials and psychosocial support.
